If a Match Is Cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match are voided and the original stake is returned to your balance. This applies to all bet types — both single bets and accumulators.

If a match is abandoned mid-game: If a match is abandoned before the required time has elapsed after kick-off, 35bd applies the following policy:

• In cricket, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets will be settled according to that official result.
• In football, if more than 75 minutes have been played, the score at that point will be treated as the final result.
• In football, if less than 75 minutes have been played, the match is considered incomplete and the bet is voided with the original stake refunded.
• For all other sports, the relevant international rules of that sport apply.

Cancelled matches in accumulator bets: If an accumulator contains multiple matches and one of them is cancelled, the cancelled match will be removed and the accumulator will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.

In live betting: 35bd is not responsible for any internet disconnection during a live bet. Please check the 'Bet History' section in the app to confirm whether your bet was successfully placed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 35bd. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit odds differences across platforms to secure risk-free profits.
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account, or selling it to another person.

• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through the 35bd platform.

If any suspicious activity is detected, 35bd will launch an investigation and may temporarily suspend the account involved. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the investigation.

35bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
